2	Army Officers Club and Hotel(Monroe)	Beirut Central District-- Lebanon	Demolished Lebanese Army Officers Club rebuilt as an Army Officers Hotel. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tender documents.
3	Funduk Al Shuhada'	Makkah-KSA	A 3-star hotel comprising 500 bedrooms with a built-up area of 60000m² including kitchen, Laundry, restaurant and a shopping area. Air-conditioning system consisting of room air-conditioners for bedrooms and central systems for public areas and plumbing system incorporating a steam system. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents in Arabic.
4	Health Club at Shmaisani Centre	Amman-Jordan	A training centre with a built-up area of 900m² including gymnasiums, sauna rooms, solarium rooms, Turkish bath, plunge pools and whirlpool bath. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
5	Hotel President	Luanda - Angola	Follow up of Rehabilitation works, testing and commissioning of all mechanical works for a five star hotel in Angola .
6	Ksar Al-Rimal, Restinga	Ksar Al-Rimal-Morocco	A touristic complex consisting of chalets, villas, amusement centres, swimming pools, with a total built- up area of 23 000 m². Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents.
7	Luanda Grand Hotel	Luanda - Angola	A 20-storey hotel of 350 guest rooms with a total built-up area of 50 000 m². The central air- conditioning plant is of 1150 tons capacity and consists of centrifugal air-cooled water chillers. Design review of mechanical systems.
8	Movenpick Hotel and Resort	Ras Beirut- Lebanon	A five stars hotel comprising 240 guest rooms, 80 chalets ,1200 cabanas , 3 swimming pools and a number of restaurants. Handled the design of the mechanical and external works and tender documents and the supervision of all MEP construction works.
9	Movenpick Hotel Marina Facility	Ras Beirut- Lebanon	A Marina facility within the Movenpick Hotel in Beirut accommodating 150 boats. Handled the design of all mechanical services and the supervision of the MEP works.
10	Plaza Hotel(Shmaisani Centre)	Amman-Jordan	A 320-room, five-star hotel. Air-conditioning system consisted of a water-cooled centrifugal air- conditioning plant of 840 tons of refrigeration. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
11	Starway Hotel	Beirut Central District-- Lebanon	The project consists of a furnished apartments building incorporating four apartment floors, shops on three floors and three parking basement floors. The project parking is part of the Solidere Foch parking which is common to several lots. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tender documents..
12	Summerland Hotel& Resort	Ras Beirut- Lebanon	A five stars hotel and resort complex comprising 152 guest rooms, 550 cabins , 6 swimming pools, restaurants, Marina facility and related services. The complex includes also 7 residential apartment buildings accommodating 45 apartments. The total built up area is around 75,000 m2. Handled the design of the MEP and external works and tender documents and the supervision of works.
