1 American Community School-Boarding School- Design/Build Ras Beirut-Lebanon The renovation of the boarding building at the American Community School in Beirut. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and the construction works as a design/build contract.
2 American Community School-Elementary School- Design/Build Ras Beirut-Lebanon The renovation of the elementary school building at the American Community School in Beirut. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and the construction works as a design/build contract.
3 American University of Beirut Faculty Apartment Building American University of Beirut-Lebanon A 10-storey residential building for the American University faculty members. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents.
4 Bible Society Building Jdeideh- Lebanon The project consists of a six stories building with one basement. The basement, ground  and mezzanine floors are dedicated for the warehouses and book store, the first and up to the fifth floors are offices and the sixth floor is a guest apartment floor. Handled the design of MEP systems and tender documents.
5 Haigazian University Heritage Building Beirut - Lebanon Rehabilitation of an existing residential heritage building in Beirut and converting it into offices for the Haigazian University. The project has a total built up area of around 1,200 m2. Handled the design of MEP systems and tender documents and supervisor of the works.
6 HVAC for Lebanese American University  Buildings -Beirut Beirut- Lebanon Providing air conditioning to the existing buildings of the University on both campuses (Beirut and Jbeil). Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
7 HVAC for Lebanese American University  Buildings -Jbeil Jbeil- Lebanon Providing air conditioning to the existing buildings of the University on both campuses (Beirut and Jbeil). Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
8 International School Kindergarten Ras Beirut-Lebanon The renovation of the pre-school  building at the International School in Beirut consisting of  4 stories. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents.
9 Lebanese American University  Fine Arts Building Lebanese American University- Lebanon Remodeling the Fine Arts building at the Lebanese American University in Beirut with respect to the air conditioning and ventilation systems and the toilets water supply and drainage system. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
10 Lebanese American University  Orm Gray Building Lebanese American University- Lebanon Provisioning of air conditioning for the “Orme Gray" and Shannon Hall” buildings at the Lebanese American University in Beirut. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
11 Lebanese Evangelical School For Boys and Girls  Lowayze'-Lebanon A pre-school and an elementary school building of 5500 m2 built up area. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents.
12 Mu'tah University Mu'tah-Jordan A university with an ultimate capacity for 8300 students and a total built-up area of 286000m˛.  Air- conditioning is provided by means of central chilled water systems for individual buildings where required with a total capacity of 200 tons of refrigeration. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents.
13 Student Hostel Amman-Jordan A 3-storey, 60 room student hostel. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents.
14 University of Maiduguri, Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and College of Medical Sciences Maiduguri-Nigeria Faculties with a total built-up area of 34 000 m˛.  Project includes teaching facilities with lecture theatres, classrooms, laboratories and offices.  The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine is a one-storey building for field teaching and training. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents.
