1 Al-Abadiyah Hills  Dhour Al-Abadiyah, Lebanon The project consists of a residential complex constructed over a 20,000 m2 land and comprising different sizes of residential units varying from single apartments to large individual Villas. The project also includes an apartment hotel comprising a restaurant and a banquet hall. Handled the design of the MEP works for all buildings and the MEP infrastructure networks for the whole site including water supply network, sewerage networks, surface drainage and rain water networks, irrigation networks, medium voltage and low voltage power supply networks, telephone and communication networks, and street lighting.                                                                                
2 Al-Houara Resort Tangier-Morocco A large touristic resort development project in Tangier, Morocco on a land area of 246.7 Ha and a total built up area of 452,367 mē for a population of around 10,000 people. The project includes Villas, Apartment Buildings, Hotels, Conference Centers and other facility buildings. Handled the design of the MEP works for all buildings and the MEP infrastructure networks for the whole site including water supply network, sewerage networks, surface drainage and rain water networks, irrigation networks, medium voltage and low voltage power supply networks, telephone and communication networks, and street lighting. 
3 American University of Beirut Dale Home Beirut- Lebanon Renovation of the Dale Home buidling at the American University of BeirutCampus. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tender documents.
4 Aytate Village Aytate- Lebanon The project consists of a residential coumpound comprising different sizes of residential units and with common recreational facilities ( Club, Swimming pool tennis courts, etc.. ), with a total built-up area of about 26,600 m2. Handled the design of the MEP works for all buildings and the MEP infrastructure networks and the tender documents.
5 Beach House, Barbara - Lebanon A private luxurious beach residence in Barbara, of a built up area of around 1750 m2 with a site area of 6500 m2. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
6 BHL House Lagos-Nigeria A six-floor office building, comprising a bank branch and department store.  Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents.
7 Dr Kamal Shair's Villa in Amman Amman-Jordan Three-strories residential villa. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
8 Faysal Khalil Apartment Beirut- Lebanon Renovation of a residential apartment. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
9 Ghandour Residence Ainab- Lebanon Renovation of an old lebanese country house. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
10 Housing in Saifi-Saifi Village 1 Beirut Central District- Lebanon Housing project consisting of 150 apartments distributed on 17 buildings. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
11 Ibn Hani Bay Resort Lattakia-Syria A large touristic resort development project in Lattakia, Syria on a land area of 283,000 mē and a total built up area of around 200,000 mē for a population of around 4,600 people. The project includes Villas, Apartment Buildings, Hotels, and other facility buildings. Handled the design of the MEP works for all buildings and the MEP infrastructure networks for the whole site including water supply network, sewerage networks, surface drainage and rain water networks, irrigation networks, medium voltage and low voltage power supply networks, telephone and communication networks, and street lighting. 
12 Kanoo Apartment Building Manama-Bahrain A 6-storey apartment building.Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
13 Logements Bir el Djir Oran-Algeria The project consists of four adjacent land plots having each a number of residential buildings with a total of 8 buildings. Each building consist of 2 basements for parkings and 16 residential floors. The project total built up area is 130,0000 m². Handled the design of the MEP works and tender documents. All documents produced in French.
14 Marina Bay Residence Dbayeh- Lebanon A luxury residential building consisting of 2 underground basements, ground floor with commercial facilities and 10 residential floors, of a built up area of around 14000 m2. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
15 Minse Complex Angola A complex grouping the offices and ancillaries of the Ministry of Interior and Security in Angola, comprising a 16-storey office building, a special investigations laboratories building, a school and service building, kitchen, cold and freezer rooms and an atomic shelter. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents.
16 Mr. & Mrs. Borhan Beidas Residence Dohat Al Hoss- Lebanon A private residence in Dohat El Hoss, of a built up area of around 1300 m2 with a site area of 6500 m2. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tender documents and the project management of all works including architectural, structural and outside works.
17 Olive Hill Complex - Hazmieh Baabda- Lebanon A super de luxe residential complex consisting of 5 building blocks, six stories each and comprising a swimming pool, of a built up area of 20000 m2. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tender documents.
18 Ourjouan Building Beirut- Lebanon A 14 stories super de luxe residential building including 4 basements and of a total built up area of  25000 m2. HVAC system consists of a central steam heating system with radiators and of individual chilled water system for each apartment comprising air cooled water chillers and fan coil units. Handled the design  of the mechanical systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
19 Residence Hamdine Algiers-Algeria A residential building consisting of 3 basement parking floors, one retail floor and eight apartment floors with a total built up area of 8,700 m2. Handled the design of the MEP works and tender documents. All documents produced in French.
20 Ridgeway Building Roumieh- Lebanon The project consists of a five stories residential apartment building including three underground basements. Handled the design of MEP systems and tender documents.
21 Saifi Village Extension- Lot 146 Beirut Central District-- Lebanon A luxurious residential complex in Beirut Central District. The project is composed of 5 residential buildings, with a total built up area of around 38,000 m2. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tender documents.
22 Saifi Village Extension-Lot 178 Beirut Central District-- Lebanon A luxurious residential complex in Beirut Central District. The project is composed of 5 residential buildings, with a total built up area of around 20,000 m2. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tender documents.
23 Sami Khoury Building Monteverdi-Lebanon A 3 stories  de luxe residential building of a total built up area of  1000 m2. Handled the supervision of the works.
24 Shammas Building Beirut- Lebanon A residential and office building consisting of  a residential block ( 11 floors ) and an  office block ( 6 floors ), of a total built up area of  9000 m2. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents.
25 Sheikh Saqr Majlis Ras Al-Khaimah U.A.E -
26 The Pearl –Parcels 15A & 15B Doha - Qatar Two residential building Blocks within the Pearl complex in Qatar with a built up area of around 69,000 m2. Handled the design of MEP systems and tender documents.
27 Villa Mr.& Mrs Barbar Rabieh-Lebanon The project consists of a 950 m2 three storey villa within a 1500 m2 landscaped site located in Rabieh area in Lebanon.Handled the design of the MEP works and the MEP external works and tender documents and the supervision of the works.
28 Villa Farra Chemlan - Lebanon The project consists of a 3000 m2 three storey villa within a 7000 m2 landscaped site comprising a swimming pool and decorative fountains  and located in Chemlane area in Lebanon.Handled the design of the MEP works and the MEP infrastructure networks for the whole site and the tender documents.
