1 Al-Muhaisen Holding Al Khobar - KSA An office building comprising 4 basements and 14 floors above ground with a total built up area of around 30000 m˛. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tender documents.
2 Institute of Telecommunications Angola A site comprising administration building, academic block, auditorium, residential accommodations and ancillary services building. Total built-up area 8000 m2. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
3 ABC  Mall Achrafieh- Beirut A large commercial shopping mall facility accommodating retail shops, ABC Store, anchor stores, restaurants, cinemas, parking floors and ancillary facilities, with a total built up area of around 110,000 sq. m. Handled the design and supervision of all MEP systems which included central chilled water plants, mall floor cooling, sprinkler fire fighting and smoke exhaust systems. 
4 ABC Baytarian Parking Dbayeh-Lebanon A parking building consisting of 6 levels and an open parking terrace floor, having a total built up area of around 11,350 m². Handled the design of the MEP works and tender documents and the supervision of the works.
5 ABN- AMRO Bank Headquarters Beirut- Lebanon Four floors of office spaces located in the AMRO bank building in Achrafieh. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents and supervision of the works
6 ABN Amro Bank Branches Baabda,Bab Edris,Kaslik and Verdun Renovation of the bank branch. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
7 Administration Building in
Kuwait International Airport		 Kuwait City-Kuwait Civil aviation administration building within the premises of Kuwait International airport with a built-up area of 70,000 m2. Handled the design of the MEP works and of the external works and the tender documents.
8 Al Ajami Restaurant Beirut- Lebanon Renovation of the exisitng Ajami residential apartment. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
9 Algeria Gulf Bank-AGB Algiers-Algeria Headquarters building for Algeria Gulf Bank consisting of a 25 storey twin towers with a total built-up area of 53,000 m2. Handled the design of the MEP works and of the external works and tender documents.All documents produced in French
10 Al Muhaisen Holding Al Khobar –KSA An office building in Al Khobar consisting of 4 underground basements, ground floor with commercial facilities and 14 office floors, of a built up area of around 39,000 m2. Handled the design of MEP systems and tender documents.
11 Al Shallal Theme Park Jeddah-KSA A theme park with a footprint of 350,000 m2 and comprising a 24,000 m2 sea water enclosed lagoon, indoor and outdoor game facilities and a 4000 m2 above ground parking. The indoor game and theme facilities are housed within two separate buildings: the singles building with an area of 800 m2 and the main building with an area of 16,000 m2. The latter houses an indoor ice rink, an Amazon Theme area, two power game zones, three carrousels, four party rooms, a theater and food and beverage facilities comprising five fast food and seated restaurants with their kitchens. The outdoor game and theme facilities include a European Village theme, a Far Eastern Village theme, a Lebanese Restaurant, a number of snacks and kiosks in addition to a variety of  rides comprising simulators, roller coaster, boat rides etc. The total cooling load is 1670 tons of refrigeration with a central cooling plant utilizing absorption chillers and sea water condenser cooling system.Handled the design of the MEP systems and tender documents.
12 Arab Bank Headquarters Amman-Jordan Headqaurters of the Arab Bank in Amman.Heating and air-conditioning systems, involving air-cooled refrigeration plant of 400 tons of refrigeration and incorporating a variable air-volume system for office space air-conditioning. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
13 Arab League Headquarters Tunis-Tunis A public office building with a total built-up area of 38 000 m˛. The air-conditioning system is a central chilled water system with centrifugal, water-cooled chillers of total capacity of 1200 tons of refrigeration. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
14 Arab Potash Company Building Al Aqaba-Jordan A five-floor office building involving air-cooled air-conditioning plant of 110 tons of refrigeration. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
15 Armoured Brigade Camp Jordan A military camp. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents.
16 Azaiba and Ibri Work Centre Accommodations Muscat-Oman Accommodation for workers, 3000m˛ built-up area, consisting of bedrooms and food centre facilities.  Air-conditioning system consisting of room air conditioners, and plumbing system incorporating the drilling of a water well. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents.
17 Bahrain Conference Centre Manama-Bahrain Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
18 Bahrain Government Complex Manama-Bahrain Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
19 Bahrain Post Office Manama-Bahrain Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
20 Bain Militaire New Extension Beirut- Lebanon Extension of the existing central bain militaire club in Ras Beirut. Handled the design of the MEP systems and the tender documents.
21 Bank of Beirut Beirut- Lebanon Renovation of the bank branch. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tender documents.
22 Banque Du Liban New Extension Beirut- Lebanon New extension of the central bank at Hamra consisting of 3 blocks. Handled the MEP design and tender documents and supervision of the works.
23 Banque Du Liban Renovation Works Beirut- Lebanon Renovation of part of the main central bank offices. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
24 Beirut International Airport Upgrading Beirut- Lebanon Project consists of updating the Master Plan and the development of existing design done by Aeroport de Paris in 1980 for the 6 million annual passenger capacity and the design of expansion works for long term and short term implementation.  The designs involve the updating of the 96000m˛ terminal building, the construction of a new east runway and a west runway and the rehabilitation of all ancillary service buildings.  Handled the existing systems survey and the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents.
25 Beirut Marina North Quay Beirut Central District-Lebanon An independent marina facility in Beirut Central District ( Beirut Central District- ) seafront. The Marina accommodates around 450 large, medium and small sized yachts. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tender documents including water and power supply, communication systems, infrastructure utilities and building services.
26 Beirut Markets - Beirut Beirut- Lebanon Wholesale and  retail markets in Beirut. Project consists of  shops, a cooperative supermarket, underground parking, and a bus terminal. Handled the MEP and infrastructure design and tender documents.
27 Blom Bank Beirut and Saida Branches Lebanon Renovation of the bank branches. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
28 CEGP Offices I Beirut- Lebanon Renovation of exisiting offices spaces. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tender documents.
29 CEGP Offices II Beirut- Lebanon Renovation of existing offices spaces. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tender documents.
30 Concorde Center - Beirut Beirut- Lebanon Addition of an amusement center to the existing Concorde center. The additions include two cinemas, one theater, two amusement centers, one cafeteria, one restaurant and shops. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
31 Consulting Clinics in Beirut  Beirut Central District-Lebanon A private consulting clinics and health facility in the Saifi Quarter of Beirut Central District. The project consists of 3 basements used for parking and medical facilities including 3 operating rooms. 6 floors aboveground house clinics and patient rooms. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and medical gas systems, tender documents and supervision of the works.
32 Dar Al Aytam Office Building Beirut- Lebanon Renovation of an existing office building. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tender documents.
33 Doha Car Park No. 1 Doha-Qatar A combined multi-storey car park, shopping centre and offices building with a to­tal built-up area of 34,000 m˛.  The air-conditioning system is a central, chilled water, fan coil unit system, with reciprocating air- cooled water chillers of total capacity of 790 tons of refrigeration. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents.
34 Ezzeddine Building-(UFA) Beirut Central District- Lebanon  Renovation of an existing office building. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tender documents.
35 General Headquarters for UAE Armed Forces Abu Dhabi-UAE A residential and administrative complex for the armed forces in Abu Dhabi.  Air-conditioning system consisted of a water-cooled central air-conditioning plant of 1650 tons of refrigeration for main head­quarters building and an air-cooled system for each ancillary building.Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
36 Gebran Tweini Memorial Beirut Central
District-Lebanon		 Landscape design of outdoor memorial area, including special lighting effects, rainwater drainage and irrigation. Handled the design of the MEP works related to landscape design and the supervision of the works.
37 Government Complex, Angola Angola Government buildings including council of ministers, ministry of defence and supporting buildings.  Total built-up area 130 000 m2.Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
38 Hajj Security Operations Post, Makkah-KSA An Army building with an area of 20000m˛, consisting of dormitories, offices, control towers, computer and surveillance rooms, 540 tons of refrigeration consisting of air-cooled chillers, air- handling units, fan coil units combined in a primary-secondary chilled water system and a plumbing system incorporating a special fire-fighting Halon system. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents.
39 Hindi Building II Jeddah-KSA An office building and shopping centre, with a built-up area of 12000m˛, 600 tons of air-conditioning consisting of air-cooled chillers, fan coil units and air-handling units and plumbing system incorporating a swimming pool.  Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents.
40 Hippodrome de Beyrouth Beirut- Lebanon Renovation of the administration section of the Hippodrome de Beyrouth. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tender documents.
41 Housing Bank Complex  Zarqa-Jordan A combined office building and shopping centre with a total built-up area of 7500 m˛. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents.
42 Le Grand Theatre Beirut Central District- Lebanon  An existing 5 storey building in Beirut Central District which used to house the famous Grand Theatre of Beirut with a built up area of around 6,000 sq. m. Handled the design of the MEP systems on a shell design basis and tender documents. 
43 Le Notre Restaurant Riyadh – KSA Fitting of the Le Notre Restaurant in Jeddah. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tender documents.
44 Madinah Hajj Station, Mosques Madinah-KSA Three mosques in Madinah. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents.
45 Madinah Haram Special Development Zone, Saudi Arabia Madinah-KSA A 80000m˛ four-storey building facing Prophet Mosque including parking floor, shopping centre and offices.Handled the design of mechanical systems and tender documents.
46 Makassed Koura Building Beirut Central District- Lebanon  Renovation of an existing office building. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tender documents.
47 Makkah Car Parks - APM Workshops Makkah-KSA Two multi-storey car parks, Kudai and Mahbas Al Gin, with a total capacity of 8730 cars. An automatic people mover (APM) linking the Kudai car park to the Holy Mosque entrance tunnel.  A workshop for the APM including maintenance facilities and garage.  Handled the mechanical design and tender documents of the Kudai car park and the APM workshop facilities.
48 Medgulf Building No. 1 Beirut Central District- Lebanon  An office building comprising 2 basement floors, ground and mezzanine floors and 5 office floors with a partial roof accommodating habitable space. The total built up area above ground is around 7,000 m2. Handled the MEP design and tender documents and supervision of the works.
49 Medgulf Building No. 2 Beirut Central District- Lebanon  An office building with 3260 sq. meters underground built-up area and 8500 sq. meters of above ground built-up area. Handled the MEP design and tender documents.
50 Mina Slaughterhouse, Saudi Arabia Mina-KSA A slaughterhouse in Makkah for sacrifice purposes during Hajj with a total slaughtering capacity of 300 000 sheep over 84 hours and freezing facilities reaching a capacity of 4000 tons of refrigeration.  Total built-up area reached 165 200 m2. Handled the design of mechanical systems and tender documents.
51 Momo Restaurant Beirut Central
District-Lebanon		 Restaurant space within the Beirut Souks on 2 floors plus a basement for kitchen and stores. The area was around 700 m2 plus 500 m2 area for outside terraces. Handled the design of the MEP works and tender documentsand and the supervision of the works.
52 Multi-storey Car Park (No. 3) in Doha Doha-Qatar A 6-storey car park incorporating an automatic car washing station. Handled the design of mechanical systems and tender documents.
53 Muna Heliports Extension, Makkah, Saudi Arabia Makkah-KSA Two identical heliports with 1500m˛ built-up area each, 65 tons of air-conditioning, each consisting of a variable air volume system.Handled the mechancial design and tender documents.
54 Muna Pedestrian Walkway Muna-KSA A 5 km long pedestrian walkway for pilgrims.  The ventilation system incorporated a system of jet fans along the walkway to eliminate stale and hot air. Handled the design of mechanical systems and tender documents.
55 Racheed Karame International Fair Tripoli- Lebanon An exhibition hall and an administration hall of 10,000 m2 built up area. Handled the design of the mechanical systems and tender documents and supervision of works.
56 Radar Hill Complex Nabatieh- Lebanon A multimedia center. Handled the design of mechanical systems and tender documents.
57 Residential Centre in Laghouat, Algeria Laghouat-Algeria Residential centre with involving air-conditioning plant of 770 tons of refrigeration. Handled the design of mechanical systems and tender documents.

59 Rotana Café – Beirut Central District-, Beirut Beirut Central District- Lebanon  Fitting of the Rotana Restaurant in Beirut. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tender documents.
60 Rotana Café – Damascus Damascus- Syria Fitting of the the Rotana Restaurant in Damascus. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tender documents.
61 Royal Squadron Buildings, Queen Alia Airport Amman-Jordan Built-up area of 7000m˛, 80 tons of air-conditioning consisting of air-cooled chillers, fan coil units and roof top units, 3810MBTUH of heating consisting of boilers and radiators and plumbing system incorporating kitchens and Laundry. Handled the design of mechanical systems and tender documents.
62 Saifi Plaza I & II Beirut Central
District-Lebanon		 Two office buildings consisting each of 4 basement parking floors, two ground floors of retail areas and 7 floors of open office spaces with a total built up area of around 15,000 m2 each. Handled the design of the MEP works and tender documents and the supervision of the work.
63 Shmaisani Centre Amman-Jordan Centre comprising an office building and a five-star hotel (320 bedrooms) with all related facilities such as restaurants, shopping areas etc. consisting of 840 tons of refrigeration machines and cooling towers and a primary-secondary hot chilled water system, a plumbing system consisting of a 150psi pressure water distribution system and a high-pressure steam network serving the hotel kitchens and Laundry. Handled the design of mechanical systems and tender documents.
64 Silver Star Tower II Acra-Ghana An office building consisting of 3 basement floors, two ground floors of retail areas and 10 floors of open office spaces with a total built up area of 24,600 m2. Handled the design of the MEP works and tender documents.
65 Smart Project, Bahrain Bahrain A communication centre, involving reciprocating, condenserless water chillers with centrifugal air-cooled con­densers of 90 tons of refrigeration.  Air-conditioning system included computer room air-conditioning, and mechanical services included a halon automatic fire-extinguishing system. Handled the design of mechanical systems and tender documents and supervision works
66 SONANGOL Base  Angola Approval of design of mechanical services and air-conditioning systems of a turnkey residential complex consisting of housing, kitchen and Laundry and recreational facility building. Split system air-conditioning and window-type units are used.
67 SONANGOL Base - Phase II  Angola Workshops, houses and administration offices for oil companies and for the Ministry of Transport. Handled the design of mechanical systems and tender documents.
68 Soyo Phase - II - Commissioner's Residential Palace Soyo-Angola Handled the performance specifications for the design and installation of the air-conditioning and plumbing works.
69 Souks of Beirut South Parking Beirut Central District- Lebanon  Underground South Parking of the Souks of Beirut consisting of four underground parking floors. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tenders documents and supervision of the works.
70 Souks of Beirut North Parking Beirut Central District- Lebanon  Underground North Parking of the Souks of Beirut consisting of four underground parking floors. Handled the design of the MEP systems and tenders documents and supervision of the works.
71 Souks of Beirut Superstructure - South Parking - Beirut Central District Beirut Central District- Lebanon  All superstuctures located above the underground South Parking and comprising office buildings, commercial centers and recreational centers. Handled the design MEP and infrastructure systems and tender documents and supervision of the works.
72 Stay & Sweet Tea Restaurant Beirut Central
District-Lebanon		 The project consists of 2 restaurant facilities in the Souks of Beirut Project, one located in Block K at 2 floor Levels and the second is in Block F also at 2 floor levels with a terrace floor, having a total built up area of around 2360 m². Handled the design of the MEP works and tender documents and the supervision of the works.
